The Sharks have confirmed that veteran winger Odwa Ndungane will hang up his boots after this season.
"Odwa epitomises what it means to be a professional rugby player and over the years his dedication, loyalty and contribution to the team remained unwavering," commented Sharks coach Robert du Preez on the news.
"It is fitting that we honour a player that has given so much to the game and those around him with a tribute match that will highlight his tremendous career."
Ndungane, who has earned a total of 249 caps for the Sharks across Super Rugby and the Currie Cup, will be honoured in a 'tribute' match when the Durban-based side hosts Western Province at Kings Park this Saturday.
