Namibian star loose-forward Wian Conradie will make Kingsholm Stadium his new home-ground in the coming Premiership season.
The 26 year-old currently plies his trade in the MRL with the New England Free Jacks.
Despite his young age, Conradie already has two World Cups under the belt and continues to show great promise.
“Wian is a hugely promising prospect who we have identified as having real potential to perform in the Premiership,” said Gloucester’s Alex Brown.
"We wanted to strengthen our backrow options and Wian is the exact sort of player that we want to bring into Gloucester Rugby.
"His physicality and work rate make him an exciting signing and we expect he will be a much valued member of the squad."
