Tuilagi in contention for Wales clash

Eddie Jones is set to recall Leicester centre Manu Tuilagi to the squad ahead of their crucial 6 Nations match against Wales.

Tuilagi was last in an England shirt in June 2014 and has missed rugby through injuries and suspensions.

Jones reckons the bruising centre could be an option of the bench.

“He probably only has 20 minutes of Test rugby in him at the moment but that 20 minutes could be pretty good,” Jones said.

“I went and watched him play against Harlequins two weeks ago and he looked in pretty good nick. If Manu comes in and makes a dash [in training], he is going to have a chance of getting into the 23.”

Ospreys sign Fonotia

Ospreys have signed wing or centre Kieron Fonotia from New Zealand side Crusaders on a two-year deal.

The 28-year-old's arrival will be subject to him being given a work permit.

Uncapped Fonotia made his Crusaders debut in 2014.

Ospreys rugby general manager Andrew Millward said: "We are delighted to be able to announce the signing of a player who has made a huge impact in Super Rugby over the last few years."
