Charlie Mulchrone signs a short-term deal with Quins

The Harlequins announced that Charlie Mulchrone has signed a playing contract extension, which will keep him at the Club until the end of the Rugby World Cup in Japan, providing cover for Martin Landajo.

Following the conclusion of his playing contract, the scrum-half will immediately join the coaching staff as Harlequins Academy Transition Coach.

De Glanville signs senior contract with Bath Rugby


Tom de Glanville has joined the growing contingent of homegrown players in Bath Rugby’s first team squad, committing his long-term future to the Club by signing his first senior contract.

Phil Swainston re-signs for Harlequins


 

The Harlequins have announced that Phil Swainston has signed a contract extension with the Club. The tighthead Prop has made 23 appearances since joining Harlequins ahead of the 2017/18 season.

John Dobson names Western Province's Currie Cup squad

Western Province Head Coach John Dobson and his management team have confirmed their 36-man squad for the 2019 Currie Cup season. Western Province will face the Bulls, Golden Lions and Pumas at Newlands, with away games against the Griquas, Sharks and Free State Cheetahs.

Following the league phase of the competition which will see all seven teams play six games each, the top four will go through to the semifinals, with the final scheduled to be played on Saturday, September 7. Full squad
