Former Leicester Tigers head coach Matt O'Connor has emerged as the strong favourite to lead the club next season. The 46-year-old left Tigers in 2013 after four successful seasons at the club to become head coach at Irish province Leinster, where he won the Pro 12 during his first season in charge.
