Mamuka Gorgodze retires from international rugby

Georgia captain Mamuka Gorgodze has announced his retirement from international rugby after 71 Test caps.
“We have the best fans in the world and I want to thank all of them for the love and support they shared during my career,” commented the 32-year-old.
Gorgodze made history during the Rugby World Cup as Georgia won two matches in the World Cup against Tonga and Namibia.
Following the World Cup Gorgodze continued to build a stellar reputation in France, delivering fantastic performances each time he steps onto the field.
