Lions lose Mnisi for the season

Lions centre Howard Mnisi has been ruled out for the rest of the Lions Super Rugby season, following his injury that he picked up the opening round of Super Rugby against the Cheetahs.

The Lions medical team confirmed the injury as a ”multiple ligament injury of the knee including the ACL, LCL and PCL.”

Mnisi will require surgery and will be out for 9 months.
