Letter: Loyal Leicester Tigers supporters deserve better

I have read a report that Leicester Tigers are intending to increase the capacity of the Welford Road ground by 2,500 for the 2015/16 season.
With the extra numbers, are they intending to improve the facilities?The ladies' toilets at the bottom of the slope at the Aylestone Road end of the Holland and Barrett stand are a typical example.
Arriving for the friendly against Cardiff, I used these toilets.
As in previous years they do not flush properly, there is no hot water, let alone any soap, and it is quicker to blow on your hands because the hand-dryer is pathetic.
