Southern Kings flanker Lusanda Badiyana sent to the sin bin for an incredibly harsh yellow card against Munster in the Pro 14 on Friday.
Badiyana retaliated to Chris Cloete who grabbed the back of his shirt during a small scrap late.
While turning around to face Cloete, he raised his elbow to free up some space brushing Cloete's face as he did so.
However, the referee saw this as an offence and sin-binned the flanker.
The penalty to the Kings at the scrum was reversed as Munster were the awarded the penalty for the incident.
Munster went on to record a 68-3 victory, their biggest win the PRO14.
