Rasolea played 40 Super Rugby matches with the Western Force before taking part in two Pro 14 seasons with the Scottish team in Edinburgh.
"I am happy to be able to take advantage of this opportunity to join the Grenoble club," said the 26-year-old.
"The club has a good game reputation and I can not wait to play in France. I am looking forward to joining my new teammates and working with the staff."
A former sevens international with Australia, Rasolea has also represented Fiji in the IRB Junior World Championship.
