Jean-Luc & Dan to join Robert du Preez in England

Sale Sharks are set to join land the signatures of the du Preez twins joining their older brother Rob in Sale according to reports from the Republic.
Sale recently announced that Springbok flyhalf Rob du Preez had signed a three-year deal with the Manchester-based club and would join them after this year’s Super Rugby tournament.
According to Afrikaans newspaper the Rapport newspaper, Jean-Luc and Dan will travel with Rob to England but return for next year’s Super Rugby season with the Durban-based Sharks.
Following the 2020 Super Rugby season, the twins would rejoin the Sale Sharks on two-year deals.
Both Dan and Jean-Luc have featured for the Springboks with Jean-Luc making his first test start against France in 2017 with Dan making his debut later that year against the same opposition.
The pair are both comfortable in multiple positions across the back row with Jean-Luc more of a blindside flanker while Dan features mostly at no.8 for the Sharks.
The brothers are among a few South Africans being linked with the Manchester club with Springbok loosehead Steven Kitshoff linked with a move to the club while Pieter-Steph du Toit has reportedly been in talks with the club.
