James Hallam signs for Blues

Bedford Blues have secured the services of 26 year-old prop James Hallam for the remainder of the 2016/17 Championship season.

Following the injury to Jack Culverhouse the Blues moved quickly to secure the services of Hallam securing, him ahead of the transfer deadline which passed on Friday 24th February.

The former London Scottish prop joined London Welsh at the start of the season having made 41 appearances scoring one for London Scottish. 

Speaking about the signing, Blues Director of Rugby Mike Rayer said: "James has considerable experience in the Championship and we are delighted to welcome him to Goldington Road for the remainder of the season.
