Struggling Leicester Tigers were dealt another blow, with replacement back David Mele receiving a ban for 'trampling' an opponent.
The scrumhalf, Mele, face a hearing for stamping or trampling, contrary to Law 10.
4(b), in the wake of his team's 45-0 hammering at the hands of Bath at the weekend.
The player pleaded guilty.
Mele was sent from the field by referee Wayne Barnes for stamping and/or trampling on his opponent in the 77th minute.
Mele was given a one week ban - beginning September 23.
He is free to play again on 30th September.
