Highlights: Leinster v Connacht

Connacht claimed a historic first ever win at the RDS with a 35-24 victory over Leinster in round 10 of the Pro14. An intercept saw Connacht race in for the first score just 10 minutes in to lead 7-0. Connacht bossed the opening 22 minutes of the match as they added a second try to build a 12-0 lead. Leinster hit back from the restart with a try against the run of play to get on the board, but Connacht kept the scoreboard ticking over, slotting two penalties to push their lead out to 18-5. Connacht would cap off an impressive first half performance with their third try with the final play to take an emphatic 25-5 advantage into the break. Leinster got off to the perfect start in the second half, with a try just three minutes in making it 12-25. Shortly after, Connacht added a penalty to make it a 16 point ball game at 28-12. Leinster came storming back with a third try 57 minutes in reducing the deficit to 28-17. Leinster thought they had a fourth score on the hour mark, but it was chalked off by the TMO due to obstruction. Momentum swung back in Connacht's favour and they ran in the bonus point fourth try with a little under 10 minutes to play to all but wrap up the match. Leinster would cross for what could be an important bonus point try with the final play, but their impressive 26 game unbeaten run in the Pro14 comes to an end.
