Harlequins Name Squad To Face Racing 92

Harlequins have named their matchday squad for Sunday's Investec Champions Cup opener against Racing 92 at Paris La Défense Arena (KO 17:30 BST - live on TNT Sports).

Billy Millard's side travels to Paris following an impressive 36-3 win over Sale Sharks last Friday night, and face a Racing 92 team who lead the Top 14 with six wins from their first nine league matches.

The Starting XV features just one change following the win over Sale with Will Collier ruled out through injury and replaced by Welsh international Dillon Lewis at tighthead.

Elsewhere, Sam Riley maintains his spot at hooker following his try-scoring performance last week, with Chandler Cunningham-South earning his second start for Quins at blindside flanker. Alex Dombrandt captains the squad from number eight.

In the backs, Danny Care combines with last week's Player of the Match Marcus Smith. Andre Esterhuizen maintains his centre partnership with Will Joseph, with Cadan Murley and Nick David on the wings. Tyrone Green continues at fullback.

Amongst the Impact Players, hooker Jack Walker returns to the squad after missing last week's match. Prop Simon Kerrod also returns for his first appearance since the win over Bristol Bears in October.

Sunday's match against Racing 92 is the first of four fixtures for Quins in Pool 2 of the Investec Champions Cup. A sold-out Twickenham Stoop awaits French champions Toulouse on Sunday 18 December, before Quins face Cardiff on Saturday 13 January and and Ulster on Saturday 20 January.

It’s going to be a great challenge for our boys, but we’re excited to get over to Paris on Sunday and put in a big performance.”
