Cheetahs v Ospreys - 4:30 pm
A must win game for the Welsh region as they travel to the Free State to face the Cheetahs. The Ospreys must win their remaining fixtures in order to stand a chance of qualification for the end of season Final Series. With 44 points banked so far - they lie eight behind Connacht, who are in third position in the Conference.
The Cheetahs, who are out of the running for post season rugby, will want to finish the season in good form having suffered four consecutive losses but remain dominant at home.
Zebre v Connacht - 5:30pm
The Irish province are in reach of claiming a spot in the Final Series with three rounds of action left. They head to Parma to face Zebre, a fixture that they would have been targeting a bonus point win, with the Italians out of the race for the top spots. Connacht sit in third in Conference A, ahead of Cardiff Blues, while Zebre sit in seventh place overall.
An away win for Connacht is vital as they look to hold off the attentions of the Welsh side and reach their first Final Series since they lifiting the trophy in 2016.
The Parma side are still without a win since October and will look to give their supporters something to shout about.
Scarlets v Edinburgh - 6:45pm
Scarlets host the Champions Cup quarter finalist's in Llanelli with two points the difference between the sides in Conference B.
The Welsh region have won two out of their last three games despite a difficult season. They are five points behind Benetton Rugby in third place and must win this fixture to make up ground on the Scottish team, who are just two points in front.
Edinburgh have the better record this season and also won the last meeting between the side in Murraryfield in November by a double figure margin.
Leinster v Benetton Rugby - 7:45pm
The Irish province host Benetton at the RDS in a Conference B encounter between two of the form teams of the year.
Leinster have secured a home semi-final while the Italian side find themselves in a four-way battle for two spots. They are third in Conference B, four points behind Ulster, three clear of Edinburgh and sit five ahead of Scarlets.
