Gloucester recorded a stunning victory over London Irish despite playing with
14 men for nearly three quarters of the Aviva Premiership match at
Kingsholm.



Matt Kvesic, the flanker, was sent off after 23 minutes for a tip tackle on
Tomás O’Leary, at which point the exiles seemed to be in control of the
game.



But the home team showed extraordinary resolve to run out convincing winners,
with Jonny May, Dan Thomas and Henry Purdy scoring tries.
