Leo to Welsh: London Welsh have secured the signing of Samoan international Dan Leo from London Irish. The 32-year-old becomes London Welsh's 13th confirmed new signing for next season's Championship campaign and joins after a season at Irish, having previously enjoyed spells with Perpignan, Bordeaux-Begles and Wasps. Leo's natural position is lock but he can also play in the back-row. Welsh will be looking to bounce back straight away with promotion and a player who was won a Premiership znd racked up 75 appearances could be vital in their bid.
Brussow to leave Cheetahs: Springbok flanker Heinrich Brussow is set to leave the Cheetahs after 10 years with the franchise. The 28-year-old will not be signing a new deal with the side according to Netwerk24 and will instead rejoin his Japanese side, the Docomo Hurricanes. Brussow joined the Japanese club in 2013 but returned to play Super Rugby for the Cheetahs. However it looks like he has played his last game for the South African side after deciding he will not return next year, and with an arm injury ruling him out of the rest of the season.
