The Brumbies put on an entertaining attacking display to defeat the Sunwolves 14-47 in their relocated Super Rugby clash in Wollongong.
In the second game of the morning, we saw the Reds outscore the Crusaders four tries to three in Christchurch but still found themselves on the receiving end of a 24-20 loss.

Third game of the morning saw The Chiefs run in six unanswered tries against the Waratahs in the second half to turn what had been a competitive affair into a one-sided 51-14 victory.
The Top Performer For Friday:
1. Ryan Lonergan (Brumbies)
The scrum half controlled the game for the Brumbies this morning and produced a few clever breaks around the fringes. Lonergan scored 15 points for his team today, five points were from a try he scored and the rest were all from the boot.
2. Rob Valetini (Brumbies)
The flanker was a real menace at the breakdown this morning and produced a handful of Strong runs and carries. Valentini got himself on the scoresheet and managed to make 74 metres with the ball in hand against the Sunwolves.
3. George Bridge (Crusaders)
The All Black started at full back today and put in a huge shift on the park. Bridge, who beat eight defenders and also scored a try, made 15 carries with the ball and that equalled 103 metres. On defence he managed to make 10 out of his 11 tackles
4. Lukhan Salakaia-Loto (Reds)
The lock was unfortunately on the losing team this morning but one can't deny the massive performance he put in. Salakaia-Loto made 15 carries and beat six defenders on attack, while on defence he made all 11 of his tackles today.
5. Brad Weber (Chiefs)
The No. 9 had played the entire game but it was his second half performance that really captured us. Weber controlled things for his team today, but he scored two lovely tries in the process.
6. Lachlan Boshier (Chiefs)
He has been having a wonderful Super Rugby season and today was another top performance from the flanker. On defence he made 13 tackles and won three important turnovers, while on attack he scored a try and beat six defenders with the ball in hand
