The improved goalkicking form of Freddie Burns is a big reason why Leicester
Tigers are realistically aiming today to topple Saracens and extend an
unbeaten run of five Aviva Premiership games that has put them into
contention for a play-off place.
Burns is still trying to work out why his goalkicking, having left Gloucester
for Leicester in the summer, was so “off radar” in the autumn that he lost
his place in the England squad and perhaps his hopes of appearing in the
