France Men claim second European Sevens title

Stephen Parez’s late try saw France complete a stirring second-half comeback to beat Spain 22-17 in the final of the Rugby Europe Bucharest Sevens.


Tries from Glen Lewis Rolls, Pedro Cesar Martin and Bradley Linklater to one from Vincent Inigo had put Spain 17-7 up at the break.

But when Terry Bouhraoua converted his own try shortly after the re-start France were right back in the contest.
