Flanker Julian Salvi, who is rumoured to be a summer transfer target for Exeter Chiefs, will leave Leicester Tigers at the end of the season, director of rugby Richard Cockerill has confirmed.
The Chiefs have been linked with the 29-year-old Australian for several months now with his current deal up at the end of the season.
Canberra-born Salvi, who arrived at Leicester in 2011, has been involved in on-off contract talks with the Tigers this season , but Cockerill has now confirmed that the former Brumbies man will leave.
