Exeter Chiefs Sam Skinner gets England under-20s call up

Exeter Chiefs Sam Skinner has been named in the England under-20s starting line-up for their second match at the Junior World Championships in Italy. Skinner, who scored a try after coming on as a replacement in the 59-7 victory against Japan on Tuesday, is one of four changes to the side that will face Wales at Stadio San Michele, Calvisano, on Saturday (7.30pm BST).
