Ellis Jenkins ruled out with hamstring injury

Wales international Ellis Jenkins has been sidelined for a minimum of 12 weeks after sustaining a hamstring injury during Cardiff Blues pre-season clash against Exeter Chiefs in August.
"There are three hamstrings, as I understand it, and he tore one of them off the bone," said Blues coach Danny Wilson.
“They re-attached that part. It wasn’t as bad as the Dan Fish one last year where all three were torn off the bone.
“Ellis’ was just one and that’s been repaired and he’s three to four months from playing again.
“We are probably not going to see him back until the new year.”
Jenkins made his debut with the Blues in 2011 and has been an integral part of the team since then. His first appearance for Wales came in June last year and has played five Tests until now.
