Dragons have taken Gonzalo Bertranou under their wing for the remainder of the current season.
The Argentinian boasts 26 caps for the Pumas and was part of their historic maiden victory over the All Blacks in Australia last year.
"This is my first time in Wales, so it is an exciting time," the 26 year-old scrumhalf said.
"It is a good opportunity for me to prove myself. I'm looking forward to starting to train and play with the team."
Dragons director of rugby Dean Ryan is glad that Bertranou has joined his team’s ranks.
"We're pleased Gonzalo joins us and we're excited to see the impact he can make at the region," Ryan said.
"Gonzalo brings real quality to our set-up that will increase competition, while his international experiences will help the wider squad to grow."
