Dominic Barrow joins La Rochelle as a medical joker

La Rochelle has today confirmed the signing of Leicester Tiger's Dominic Barrow.

Barrows joins the French club as injury replacement to Jone Qovu, who's been unavailable since the beginning of December because of a knee injury.

"We have been waiting for the right opportunity to strengthen the group for the end of the season," explained La Rochelle head coach Patrice Collazo.

"Dominic will bring added value to the team. This will allow us to operate more rotations and maintain competition in a position where we lacked depth with the injuries of Jone Qovu and Thomas Jolmes." 

The club added that the British player, who's been at the Tigers for three seasons, will not be part of the group that will play in the quarterfinals of the Champions Cup since he has already participated in four matches of the competition this season with Leicester.
