David Pocock returns to Australia to continue his recuperation

The Brumbies have confirmed that hooker Josh Mann-Rea has returned home from tour after suffering significant damage to his left knee during the 19-17 victory over the Stormers at Newlands in Cape Town.

Connal McInerney has been called up into the squad and will meet the team in Buenos Aires for the second tour match which is due to take place next Sunday morning, Australian time, against the Jaguares at Estadio Jose Amalfitani, Velez Sarsfeld.

Flanker David Pocock has also flown home to continue his recuperation after being ruled out of the Jaguares fixture.

Pocock's fitness will be concerning to the Wallabies staff with the flanker featuring in just three Super Rugby games for the Brumbies this year.
