Connacht squad update ahead of Munster clash

The Connacht Rugby management team have released the latest squad update ahead of Saturday’s BKT United Rugby Championship meeting with Munster in Limerick.
Results from an MRI scan have found that JJ Hanrahan (knee) unfortunately suffered an ACL injury during the win over Dragons. He will undergo surgery later this month before beginning a rehabilitation plan.
Cian Prendergast (thumb) will be unavailable this week, and Denis Buckley (shoulder) will be out for a number of weeks after injuries in the same game.
Jack Carty (hamstring) and Byron Ralston (ankle) have returned to full training and are available for selection.
Jack Aungier (neck) and Sean Jansen (groin) continue to be monitored and their availability for Munster will be assessed in the coming days.
Santiago Cordero (knee) continues to integrate into full training following his ACL injury.
There are no updates on Shayne Bolton (thigh), Eoin de Buitlear (hamstring), Mack Hansen (shoulder), Diarmuid Kilgallen(shoulder) and Michael McDonald (foot).
