Leinster kept the pressure on Pool 1 leaders Toulouse as they cruised to a 42-15 home win over Bath in round 4 of the European Champions Cup. Bath opened the scoring with an early penalty, but Leinster responded with two tries for a 14-3 lead. A try for Bath reduced the deficit to just four points at 14-10, but Leinster would finish the first half strongly, crossing for a further two tries to take a comfortable 28-10 lead into the break. An early second half try for Leinster extended their advantage, but Bath hit back with a try to trail 35-15 heading into the final quarter. Leinster would run in a sixth match try with a little over ten minutes remaining to seal an emphatic victory.
