Edinburgh not only made history by powering their way through to their first European final, but they did so in impressive style, demolishing their Welsh opponents with ruthless efficiency.
Apart from a minor wobble for a couple of minutes after the break, they were in complete control as they ran in five tries and Sam Hidalgo-Clyne, their scrum half, added 20 points with the boot as well as grabbing one of the touchdowns.
It was an impressive display by the home side, who showed that when they take off the shackles that they seem to fit on themselves …
