Billy Vunipola receives the green light to add muscle against Clermont

Billy Vunipola was cleared last night to play in Saracens’ European Champions
Cup semi-final against Clermont Auvergne in Saint-Étienne on Saturday.

The
England No 8 had been cited for two offences after an incident involving
Mathew Tait, the Leicester Tigers full back, in last weekend’s Aviva
Premiership match.



A three-man panel dismissed the case against Vunipola that he had struck Tait
with his head and that he had charged into a ruck.



However, a citing against Niki Goneva, the Leicester centre, brought a
