Argentina’s Mariano Galarza has been cited by Citing Commissioner Murray Whyte (Ireland) for an alleged act of foul play.
Galarza was cited in contrary to Law 10.4(m) during Argentina’s match against New Zealand at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
The case will be heard by Independent Judicial Officer Christopher Quinlan QC (England) at the offices of RWC 2015 Official Law Firm Clifford Chance in London.
The date and time will be confirmed shortly and the player and team have been informed.
Argentina led 13-12 at half-time against the defending champions before losing 26-16.
Los Pumas are next in action against Georgia this Friday.
