The Dragons faced the Sharks in a thrilling encounter in the second round of the URC. The wet weather was not favourable to either side, but it was the Dragons who showed tenacity in the second half to come from behind and equalise the game. They had a chance to try and win the game after putting up over 10 phases on the Sharks 5m line while the clock was in the red but the Dragons forwards chose to keep going instead of playing Tinus de Beer who was waiting patiently in the pocket.
