- 410
Glasgow Warriors were stunned by Toulon on home soil as the second seeds crash out of Europe. The first half was split down the line with the hosts winning the opening quarter followed by RCT wrestling back momentum in the second. The second half had it's up's and down's too. Here are five key moments:
1: The Opening Quarter:
The Warriors opened the scoring early through Stafford McDowall, who was their best backline player all game. McDowall then went on to be the provider with a long and accurate skip pass to set up a 12-5 lead.

2: Toulon Make A Stand:
Toulon then wrestled back momentum with some good defence and a try while a man down due to a yellow card. The catalyst for this mini come back was Nacho Brex who was immense on defence followed by a huge defensive set before half time to keep Glasgow out.
3: Glasgow Defensive Effort:
56 minutes into the game, Rory Darge won a turnover penalty that looked like the game changing play after Glasgow defended valiantly on their line while the visitors mounted a massive attack sending their pack into the mix with big carries 5 meters out.
4: Nach Brex Masterclass:
The Italian midfielder, known for his defence and dependence, scored a wonder try off first phase. It saw him make a big step inside his man followed by a neat shuffle and then he pinned his ears back to outrun a forward to the try line. This would take the score to 19-22 and force Glasgow into chasing the game.
