2019 NRC Round One: Melbourne Rising v Canberra Vikings

Melbourne Rising are first to put points on the board with a penalty over the poles in the 4th minute of the match. The Canberra Vikings score for tries in the first half  all converted with no answer from Melbourne Rising. Another try to the Vikings in the early minutes of the second half and finally some points from Melbourne in the 55th minute of the match. Try number 6 from the Vikings soon after Melbourne's try just before the last quarter of the match but Melbourne answers back with another of their own a few minutes later. The Vikings scored again in the 75th minute for their 7th try of the match and Melbourne Rising scored the last try of the match in the final minute of the match. The vikings took the win with the final score at 22-47.
