‘Frustrated’ Mike Brown out for the season

Mike Brown, the Harlequins and England full back, looks certain to miss the
rest of the season because of concerns over his lengthy battle with the
effects of concussion.



Conor O’Shea, the club’s director of rugby, revealed yesterday that Brown is
still suffering from headaches and is now “desperately frustrated” and
unable to train with the Harlequins squad.

It is a month since he most
recently played, for England against France.

Harlequins had planned to
reintroduce him for this weekend’s match against Sale Sharks but he has been
stood down again.
