"We do feel we've got a few gears to go up" - Alun Wyn Jones

British and Irish Lions skipper Alun Wyn Jones predicts an up-front battle against the Springboks in this Saturday's crucial second Test.
The tourists head into the second test knowing that a victory will secure them a Series victory following their come-from-behind win in the first test.
Jones believes that the Springboks' bench composition of six forwards and two backs points towards the hosts trying to win the game by dominating up front and achieving parity in the set-pieces.
"It's that conscious point that they're probably going to go for the set-piece," Jones said.
"It will be a help, in simple terms, for more forwards to come on and try to get authority in that area in the game."
Jones also fired a warning to the South Africans that there was more to come.
"A lot has been said about how they're going to improve on the loss and I said in the post-match press conference I did on the field that we were expecting the game and the intensity to go up a notch across the board," he added.
"From our point of view, we look at that first-half and see how we put ourselves under pressure and where we can improve our game, probably not just from that first-half but for the full 80.
and that's been a large part of our focus this week."
