I think the Rebels have seen more ball in the opening 3 minutes of the 2nd half than they did the entire 1st half. They get a penalty and Woodward looks to secure a line out but kicks the ball over the dead ball line. Terrible.

The Rebels start the 2nd half positively but a knock on losses them position. Force earn a penalty and have a line out just inside Rebels half

The ref has gone to the TMO to see if the Rebels did indeed tap the ball when taking the penalty quickly. The ref decides that the Rebels did a double movement, penalty to the Force who set up a lineout on their own 22m.
