Fair enough, I guess you've got to have consistency so ref had no choice on 2nd one. I think he might have taken what the TMO said a bit out of context for the first one though

Second red card for the same reason as the first one. One would think you wouldn't do same error again. Damn!

Yes I agree that one was worse than the first but I really don't know if a red is necessary yellow would be fine
