Wilson concedes another penalty at the breakdown and gifts Steyn with another shot at goal. Styen makes no mistake, and the Boks pull ahead.
Five minutes later, Steyn levels the score with a forty metre kick at goal. The Scotts concede the penalty when Ryan Wilson fails to release following a tackle.
Botha twists awkwardly in the tackle and injures his knee. Kolisi fills in for his first springbok cap.
Strong start from the visiting Scotts. The Boks claim possession shortly after kick-off and begin to hammer the defences. But the Scotts show patience and discipline in defence and eventually earn a turnover. They impress with ball in hand too, with Scott particularly prominent in the centre. After a number of minutes a penalty comes their way and Laidlaw guides it over from long range.
Go Bokke!
Hello and welcome to our coverage of the weekend's final Quadrangular test match. A Springbok side brimming with confidence welcome Scotland to the Mbombela Stadium outside Nelspruit. An air of optimism surrounds South African rugby after new players like Willie le Roux and Arno Botha made impressive debuts last weekend. Scotland will be disappointed following their recent loss to Samoa. Their Achilles heel appears to be their back-line as (unlike their forwards) they don't have as much experience in that department.. Kick off on the way!
Come on Bryan habana!!!!!
