Teams are out and we are all set for the anthems

Hello and welcome to Loftus for the Springboks last match at home before they leave for Japan for the Rugby World Cup next month. The Springboks have had a great year so far, as they are currently unbeaten and will be looking to keep the momentum going. Argentina would of hoped to bring in the form the Jaguares had in Super Rugby, but it hasn't worked out that way. They have certainly challenged teams this year, but unfortunately haven't been able to pick up the result. This is the last chance for both these teams to finalize their World Cup squads. Both teams have made several chances to give some fringe or returning players an opportunity to put their name in the hat for Japan. Springbok Captain Siya Kolisi makes his return from injury, but he wont be captaining as he will only be given limited time. Veteran Schalk Brits will captain the side in his first start in 10 years. Argentina have not won in SA since 2015 and their current record is 1 win and 7 losses since 2018. The Springboks, fresh off their first Rugby Championship game since 2009 will be full of confidence. Their last 13 matches have an impressive record of 9 wins, 1 draw and only 3 loses. Its all set up for a fascinating encounter, Stay tuned for live updates and full commentary from Ultimate Rugby
