The Scarlets host the Sale Sharks in the round of 16 of the Champions Cup. Due to the suspension of the tournament in January, only two rounds of the pool stages were completed. The Scarlets beat Bath 23-19 and were awarded a 28-0 victory over Toulon after the fixture was cancelled, while the Sale Sharks lost 26-14 against Toulon and 16-15 to Edinburgh.
