What a dream 40 minutes for Saracens and a pure nightmare from the travelling Clermont. 18 points in arrears and a mountain to climb for Vern Cotter's men. Some hugely controversial calls in amongst it all from the man in the middle, Nigel Owens, with an almost 14 point turnaround in the James yellow card and Stanely disallowed try. Saracens most definitely getting the rub of the green but take nothing away from the Premiership outfit thus far. Their ferocity in defence has been huge, led by openside Jacques Burger who has thrown himself at absolutely everything in white and yellow. 18 points is a huge deficit to overturn but Clermont have looked dangerous in amongst the three Saracens tries and are more than capable of getting back into this one. How many spectators in Twicks?

Ultimate Rugby Apr 4

Huge hit in midfield from Burger on Fofana to end the half.

Clermont recycle and its Stanley who is asked to carry up the middle once more. Play inside the Sarries 10

Gabriel Mooney Apr 4

Terrible decision. No way was that a penalty try.

Phil S. Apr 4

Hats off to Saffers. Playing very very well.

Ultimate Rugby Apr 4

Clermont regather the restart and they have another chance to get themselves back into the game. Ball knocked on from a Sarries hand and it'll be a Clermont scrum on opposition 10 to finish the half.

ASM away from home this season has been a disaster. Same match at Stade Michelin would he in the bag.
