Toulon look for the penalty but is they who are penalized with Roussow holding on and Beauxis brings Toulouse into the Toulon half.

Toulon lose their own lineout and turnover again and after a kick from Bastareaud that is gathered by Clerc the Toulouse winger is penalized for holding on and Michalak will kick for goal.

Great turnover from Toulon and a great run and kick from Mitchell as he chases down his kick which is gathered by Gear and the Australian tackles him into touch. Toulon will have the lineout 5 meters out from the Toulouse tryline.

Toulouse continue to pile on the pressure and after a break from David they enter the Toulon 22.

Toulouse have begun this second half the brighter and a brilliant kick from Doussain bounces kindly into touch as Toulon will have the lineout just inside their 10 meter line.

Brilliant start to the second half as Toulouse draw level with a brilliant drop goal from Beauxis. The sides are level again and we really do have a game on now with both sides desperate for a win.

What a first half we were treated to with the two giants of French Rugby going at eachother in a physical game full of exciting and entertaining Rugby. Toulouse started off well with Doussain going over after 3 minutes. Penalties from Michalak and Beauxis made it 10-3 to Toulouse but a brilliant try from Mermoz brought Toulon to level par with Toulouse. Two penalties from Michalak gave Toulon a 6 point lead but a Beauxis has decreased their lead to 3 and we have a **** of second half to come with all to play for.

Toulouse win their own scrum and Doussain kicks the ball high into the stands to end the first half. with Toulon leading Toulouse 16-13 at the break.
