Sale Sharks take a 21-3 lead over the Ospreys into halftime. Sale got off to the perfect start with a try just two minutes in, with the Ospreys getting on the board with a penalty inside the opening ten minutes. Sale ran in try number two shortly after and crossed for a third score after 24 minutes to hold an 18 point advantage at the break. Sale will however start the second half with 14 players after picking up a yellow card just before the break.
