Gatland gets the second half underway

Auckland take a 15-9 lead over North Harbour into halftime of the Battle of the Bridge. North Harbour opened the scoring with an early penalty, but Auckland hit back with two tries in quick succession to lead 12-3. Auckland were then reduced to 14 players after picking up a yellow card. North Harbour slotted a penalty during their numerical advantage to reduce the deficit to six points. Both sides would add a late penalty as Auckland hold a six point lead at the break.
