In the pool phase in 1995, New Zealand won 34-9 in Johannesburg (Ellis Park). Andrew Mehrtens posted 19 of the All Blacks' 34 points in that match.
In the 2003 pool phase, New Zealand won a 53-37 scorefest. At one point in that match (after 45 minutes), the All Blacks found themselves trailing by six points (34-28).
