Saracens picked up a yellow with a little over ten minutes of the half to play, with Leinster capitalizing on their numerical advantage with a try to build a 10-0 lead. Saracens would finish the half strongly, pulling three points back with a late penalty and then crossing for their first try with the final play of the half to head into the break all square.
