Leicester edged Bath away from home 21-20 in the opening round and will be looking to make it two wins from two to start the competition.
The Newport Gwent Dragons had a bye in the first round and will aim to get their Anglo-Welsh Cup campaign off to the perfect start.

If we (dragons) can keep the scores within 20 points I'll be delighted. The Dragons are woefully short of the quality needed to challenge England's elite. Everybody though Leicester are very likely to ply a development team against us.. I still fear the worst
