Some very poor discipline again from the Tahs. Cheika will be very frustrated that the Canes aren't even having to work for their points, almost every time the Canes threaten an attack the Tahs appear to be offside.

End to end stuff here! A bit of indiviual brilliance from Foley ends in a try for the Tahs. Foley gets the ball in midfield, side steps two, sells a lovely dummy and is in, untouched, under the posts for the 2nd try of the game.

Brotherly love. Ardie wins the high ball after Mitchell fails to claim it. Canes spread it out to Julian on the left wing who puts the burners on to run it in unopposed from 30yards.

The Canes get good reward for playing their rugby in the right areas. Lazy play from Kepu gives Barrett the chance to level the scores.

Hurricanes are punished early on with a poor kick chase. Folau and Mitchell make a lot of ground. Eventually, under his own posts, May gives away a penalty after only 2 minutes.

In late team news, Vito is out and Ardie Savea comes in for his first Super Rugby start, the younger brother of Julian is only 19!!

Welcome all, to todays coverage as the Canes take on the 'Tahs. Both sides come into this tie with plenty of momentum. The Canes, off the back of 3 straight wins while the Tahs have won their last two and play outside Aus for the first time this season. Both teams have plenty to play for as they both push for play off positions and keep in touch with the respective New Zealand and Australian Conference frontrunners the Chiefs and Brumbies.
The Canes have delayed naming their team, awaiting late fitness tests for some key players, lets hope that they all can hold on for the full 80minutes.
The bookies make the Hurricanes favourites by 7 but that might be a bit generous in what I expect to be a very tight game where a single score could swing it either way! Be sure to stay tuned for updates throughout the game!
